Things you should know

  • Your Rental Payment will be due on the 1st of each month. Please make your rental payments payable to “Uncle Bob’s Self Storage”.
  • We are currently converting to a new software system, and expect to have these stores available for online payments in just a few weeks.
  • A lease packet containing your new rental agreement will be mailed in the near future.
  • For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
  • Our store offices are not able to receive email. If you have questions for our staff, please contact the office by telephone during normal business hours.
