Sovran has a Dividend Reinvestment
and Stock Purchase Plan. The Plan allows you to
automatically invest all or a portion of your
cash dividends into shares of common stock of
Sovran Self Storage, Inc. at a discount from the
market price. It will also permit shareholders
and non-shareholders to make a certain level of
optional cash payments each month to purchase
additional shares at a discount from the market
price. The current discount set by the Company
