This was a remarkably pleasant and surprisingly helpful encounter. I was unaware that self storage could be as good as this, I can't imagine a way to make it better. 2 thumbs way up! Also - an incredibly clean facility.

My expectations were exceeded! The men in the office are polite, knowledgable, friendly and helpful. The storage unit is clean, and the internal temperature is well maintained. The cost is reasonable for the quality received. I feel safe when I am there alone. The whole experience is one of the highest quality. I would highly recommend Uncle Bob's.

Everything was very easy, from moving in to moving out. One time I cancelled my debit card on file because it was stolen and you all called me personally to inform me of the error within 24 hours. I was able to pay right then and there over the phone. That impressed me. Most companies just send you a letter in the mail a month later.
