Everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant. The place is immaculate. Anytime time I call all questions were answered without any hesitation. I would recommend this place for storage to everyone.

From customer service experience, customer should always be right and never be told well you're wrong. Information was missing from one of forms brought in and MANAGER was unwilling to work with me and/or make my moving experience a pleasant one. If I had more of a choice on helping hands to move my furniture I would NOT have chosen Uncle Bob's storage.

Have nothing but praise for the workers at Uncle Bob's. Was always greeted with a smile and some friendly conversation. Not only were the grounds always clean but I always felt safe on the grounds. Great job to the manager Carlos and Bob.

your fees are kinda on the high side. also if any renters storage rates are more than they can pay at once, partial payments should be allowed until balance is paid in full.

The gentleman behind the counter was wonderful and provided excellent customer service. You should be proud to have such a wonderful employee representing your company on the front lines. It is difficult to find customer service that was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

well i have two units with u and when i got the second one they never even made a suggestion that maybe I get a bigger unit and combine the two and save a little money. And at the time I was stressed and not thinking about that but if it was brought to my attention i definitely would of done that i have been with Uncle Bob's since 2006 or 2007
