I will say that the manager Ken was/is the kindest and most accomodating person that I dealt with at uncle bobs! Even though he was a Yankee fan... Hahaha. I only had great experiences with this facility and would recommend to anyone that wants a hassle free storage. Ken is who you want all your employees to be...a role model for great customer service

I like the ease and convience of the facility. Some storage places are on hills, and to tight to get through. That was the last facility I was at before moving to yours. A lot a room to maneuver vehicles.

Staff is extremely helpful and compassionate! Business is business but, I was out of work with a back injury and at the same time had to take an emergency trip to Michigan as my wife's Father was in the hospital. As a result, I was late with payment. They contacted me on a couple occasions and were very polite about requesting payment. They understood my situation. With all that was going on, even though they had to lock my unit, we rectified the situation without harassment or creating an uncomfortable situation. I still get a smile and a wave when I enter and leave and I will continue to rent a space at your Whitinsville location!
