When I was ready to place my articles in storage, I had to wait about 10 minutes for the Associate to open the office even though it was during business hours. The Associate was elsewhere on the property (according to a sign on the door).

Bathrooms need to be cleaned throughout the day. Trash Can.s needed next to doors It is now dark & hard to see. It appears that you may be trying to lower your Electric cost. You may want to consider timers on all the lights. They wil come on when needed & go off when not, thus helping both of us

I was very satisfied using Uncle Bob's storage. If I could change anything it would have been the price!! It was clean and I felt my things were in a room in "my home". I would not think twice about using your storage unit if the need arises.

For the first time in 5 years, I forgot a payment and arrived to find I had no access. I did have to wait as your agent was busy with another customer. But I was very pleased that she could resolve the matter with an immediate payment and did not charge me a penalty. I would expect that as a loyal customer.
