The only thing I would say is the rates are a bit high but other than that the site is well run with helpful, friendly staff.

I was in a bind and needed quick services immediately and both the gentleman over the phone doing the reservation and the assistant manager on site were courteous and quick.

Hi,one time I had to finish a job and I got to the storage one minute after 10 pm and I was not able to get in. I had the truck loaded with tools that I had to take to another town because of that. That it's not nice at all, there should be a way to solve that issue. and one time my payment didn't go through and found my space locked few days later, I had to buy new tools that I was not able to take out, I would've had to wait until they open. Other than that it's okay.

the only thing that I would like to tell you is that I found dry leaves and dust in my storage unit, I was thinking that did anyone use a leaf blower to clean the roads near the units?

my only problem was the lack of being able to access my storage unit 24/7. since only a pass code is required to access the unit i didn't understand why there were limited hours to visit the unit, which caused some complications when using my storage unit. other than that i was completely satisfied

As a petite woman, I always had to have safety in mind, especially when i visited the property after sundown. I felt the security was pretty good, though every once in awhile the gate would be stuck open and anyone could get it.

The people that I am in contact with at Uncle Bob's are always friendly. The only complaint I have is that I wanted to pay my bill the 3rd Friday of every month and I was told that it had to be the first of every month. Which is the reason I am late every month because the third Friday of every month is the earliest I can always pay and so I have to always pay late fees. Other than that I enjoy everything else about Uncle Bob's.

Although probably too busy it would have been helpful to contract people to get at least a foot or two in front of the doors shovelled would allow entry especially when absolutely needed. Could be expensive but will be absolutely delightful.

I am very happy with my service at Uncle Bob's Self Storage. My only complaint is that sometimes it is very difficult to get a person on the phone when I call your office.

The service and staff is wonderful. I have one complaint. 2 of 3 lights in the back on building "R" facing my unit in building "Q" are out. I reported this to the young lady in the office. She said they were aware of the situation and they were reporting it to maintenance. It's been over a week and more lights are out and none have been fixed. I have not been to my unit in a few days & this issue may have been resolved but the delay in maintenance was frustrating (it's a little creepy back there with no light).
