Everyone was more than willing to answer all of my questions and were extremely polite and helpful.

The only problem I had was being able to find loading carts and the one I found was broken. I do understand this was right after the big flood and I believe some people were not returning the carts to the proper places. I believe if you would check on you carts more often at least the one I did find would not have been broken. But luckily I did have a small household moving cart in my truck and I did make it work for me.

Employees were friendly, immediately attempted to address our needs and were extremely knowledgeable of their products. They provided me with options to consider and resolved all questions prior to my making a product choice.

There needs to be more flat bed carts. At least 1 in every building.I can never find one.

My credit card number changed . i got sevral phone calls to remind me I needed to updae and to make sure the payment was in. Very friendly and helpful. Good person who called me!

The manager, Christal, is extremely helpful.
My things were stored for over two years. I lost my keys, forgot my gate access number and could not get communications at times (from Iraq) to access on line. But when I was able to call and explain, I was always treated with respect and helped to manage paying payments ahead to avoid the panic I often had when I could not access telephones or internet from Iraq. Thank you so much!
