The personnel were helpful and explained how best to obtain supplies and schedule a truck. The facility has the best drainage plan I have ever seen, to protect against flooding.

I have been with Uncle Bobs for some time now and the Manager and Associate have always been very helpful and always pleasant ! I would never store anywhere other than Uncle Bobs!

I am very happy with my experience renting with Uncle Bob's. Having never rented a storage unit before, I was unsure of the process. The people at Uncle Bob's explained everything and answered all my questions. They showed me only units they knew I would be interested in and selection was quick. So far everything has been great!

The only problem I had was being able to find loading carts and the one I found was broken. I do understand this was right after the big flood and I believe some people were not returning the carts to the proper places. I believe if you would check on you carts more often at least the one I did find would not have been broken. But luckily I did have a small household moving cart in my truck and I did make it work for me.

They were having trouble with the code working. And when I did get to the storage unit it had a lock on it. I reserved the space and the lock should not of been there. But overall they were helpful. It was a hot day and was aggravating cause they could not get the codes to work so I could get in to unload some stuff.
