Answering our questions unril we understood...helping us set up free moving truck when we first moved in and then again when we needed to arrange for a moving truck a little later....and always with a smile!!!!

I really only deal with them by phone as far as customer service goes but even then I am always greeted with very nice and happy people. The grounds are always exceptionally clean. No complaints here at all.

Lois is an asset to your company. I was stressed out, it was super hot outside, but Lois was able to "lighten my load" so to speak. The AC inside was running and she advised me to enjoy the AC and cool off, that she would handle everything, and she did.

I received an email that said I owed $107 on or before Dec 1st. I planned on paying that by that date. However a few days later I received an email that stated a different price. Not sure how you can give me a price with a pay by date and then up the price before that date. Very upset about that, and when I went to the unit to pay the employee was unable to give me any details or explain like he did know what he was doing.
