Neat. Clean. Liked the scheduled security walk-through to inspect property. Video surveillance. The reason for the lower score on being greeted promptly was due to employee being out on scheduled security inspection. Sign noting this was on the door.

I love the overall experience of being an Uncle Bob client. The only way I would recommend to make the experience better would be to change the exit code requirement for leaving the compound. The requirement to resubmit the full code on leaving is a slight burden after a full day working in a storage locker. It would also seem to be a safety hazard for anyone needing to exit the compound in an expditious manner.

Only issue I have(and this for all storage facilities)for those of who store vehicles there we need at least one electrical outlet to plug our trickle chargers to keep our batteries charged. Otherwise we drain the batteries to the point of having to replace them every couple of years. As well as we tend to lose some of are modified computer settings.(This mostly applies to more modern cars, but if classics are up graded it can happen to them also.) Have no problem paying a little extra to prevent a major headache down the road.
