Our unit is located at Uncle Bob's Storage #319 (Hurst, Tx 76054). We're always acknowledged by the office when we come to the facility by a friendly nod of the head or wave. That simple gesture makes it feel more like family greeting us as opposed to a business that's our for our money. The only thing we would like to change -- would be lighting inside the units. Work schedules cause a lot of our trips to be in the evening hours. Our holiday decorations are there and are very difficult to get without lighting.

When I returned with a truck load I found the property closed for repaving.i was told they sent out a letter.i did not receive any letter. Also when I came back after a week I found ground up as fault dust an inch deep in unit and spend over my stuff.

Uncle Bob's on Hwy 26 Hurst store have been great! The personnel were very helpful and nice when moving in and the facility is clean and I feel very comfortable having my belongings stored there. Thanks!!

Your team at the Hurst location are excellent employees. I'm sorry that I don't remember her name, but the young lady who manages the store was an excellent representatives of your business. She was cheerful and very helpful explaining the services offered. She gave me great advice concerning storage of my property. She also helped me when my lock was frozen. I'll bet you have heard this about her many times, so please reward her and consider her for promotion.
