The Staff at the Jamesburg location should be the training model for not just Uncle Bob's but for all storage facilities. Though it was in the first day of transitioning from another company to Uncle Bob's and the unit I needed was the smallest offered you would think the way the Staff accommodated me I was renting out half the place. Even the follow up calls to ensure my needs were being met was a pleasant surprise, and one that will not be forgotten.

My room is located on the ground level, but there's a small step up which made loading the room up very difficult. A ramp is needed or something.

The reason for my middle of the road responses is because my storage unit size was not as advertised. I was told it was a 10 x 10 heated unit but it measures 10 x 9. I couldn't fit my shelves in because of the discrepancy. While the company adjusted my monthly payments, my trust is not there because the company wasn't straight forward from the beginning. They made changes when found out. Am I going anywhere soon? No. But I wonder if the temperature is maintained as it is supposed to be. Otherwise my experience of the facility has been as described in my answers to the questions.

Steve and Rich were amazing! I had the truck rented for 10 am on a Saturday and it was not back from the previous user. So the two of them tirelessly tried to contcontact both the late user and began calling different rental companies to get me a truck at no charge! When I finished moving in my lock was not working properly (would not fit) so Rich came over to help me out. Once he realized the problem was with my personal lock, he didn't even hesitate to get trade it in for a brand new one from their inventory. No questions asked! These two gentlemen are top notch!
