Julie always made sure everything we asked was handled. When we needed two units, she made sure they were near each other. Any questions I had were always answered quickly and professionally. Great location!

Obviously the staff kept an eye on things because twice I failed to lock my unit properly. They called and alerted me to the problem and then showed me what I was doing wrong.

Provided me a storage space that was reasonably priced, at a location that was very convenient and made it very easy to set everything up. The local management was extremely helpful and courteous. This is my second time renting a unit from this location (Store #930) and I am very happy.

Very professional staff. I had an issue the first month with my auto pay and I REALLY appreciated the call about my debit card as my wife and I were traveling out of the country. your staff took the time to contact me so that I could avoid the late fee. That was true customer service.
