Morris and Shelly were extremely nice and informative. This is definitely the most friendly team I have encountered at a storage rental facility.

Was very satisfied in past experiences with company until another client used their storage to performed his grinding business and caused saw dust to cover my property as though a major sand storm had hit the area. The manager and associate manager was made aware of the situation. They informed me that the person had to move. Before I can move most of my items the saw dust had to be cleaned off and restored

I received everything I reserved online. Contract, property rules, etc were explained and reasonable.

First off, my experience was great, so thank you for that. I thought that Uncle Bob's was honestly above expectations on all demensions. The one thing that I would recommend is that you get an online platform to discontinue service. The fact that I had to have a fax machine was tough. I use email and so does the rest of the world. There are ways to take a picture of the form, email it and the other person can fill it out take a picture and email it back. Then you can print it out. Other than that, I thought the experience was great.
