I cleaned out my unit during the office lunch break. I intended to call the following morning, but I received a call the same evening. The employee had taken note that my lock was missing and the unit was empty and called to inquire about the situation. He then took care of closing out the account. Uncle Bob's is the first time I have used self storage. I was leery and walked away from a different company before I found the Two Notch location. Was given a unit with a drilled out lock. Was given a tab to put on the hasp to secure it. Had to leave items unsecured due to the tab being incorrect. Was also told that I would be able to use the box truck to move in. I reserved the truck, but my reservation was not honored.
