My room is located on the ground level, but there's a small step up which made loading the room up very difficult. A ramp is needed or something.

Steve and Rich were amazing! I had the truck rented for 10 am on a Saturday and it was not back from the previous user. So the two of them tirelessly tried to contcontact both the late user and began calling different rental companies to get me a truck at no charge! When I finished moving in my lock was not working properly (would not fit) so Rich came over to help me out. Once he realized the problem was with my personal lock, he didn't even hesitate to get trade it in for a brand new one from their inventory. No questions asked! These two gentlemen are top notch!

The lack of any electric outlet within a 100 feet of my unit is a serious issue. Getting sufficent light at the rear of the unit is impossible. I own work lights, but no power unless I want to buy a generator. It would be cheaper to move to a different storage facility that has power.

everyone was very friendly and helpful. Love the on-line payment ability and email reminders. website is very thorough. This survey should be changed so that the "Strongly Agree" is the first radio button not the far one. I almost completed my survey as strongly disagree until I realized my error.

I am sorry I did not give you warning before leaving. Something came up and I took the opportunity. Loved working with the staff at the Toms River East facility. Would definitely use Uncle Bob's again.
