I am pleased with the customer service I always receiver whether in person or on the telephone. I never have a problem with anybody that I speak with, they always talk, and answer my questions and/or concerns in a professional manner.

I always have a great experience with the staff on Neff Road, whether on the phone or in person. Those gentlemen are VERY friendly, empathetic, knowledgeable, and provide THE BEST customer service I've probably ever experienced. This is my 2nd time storing my belongings at this location and I live across town, but I appreciate and enjoy their customer service so much at this location I had to come back!

I paid my next month's rental a few days early. Turned out that due to unforeseen circumstances I no longer need the space. Cleaned out the locker and signed the vacate form on March 29 prior to the first and the associate is telling me I can't get a refund. Nowhere was that ever explained or certainly I would not have paid early.
