It was the best experience I have had with a storage company, Mr. Ray was very attentive, informative and even offer and brought me and daugther water to our storage unit. It was a very very hot day, and we greatly appreicated his thoughtfulness. Because of his thoughtfulness I will never rent with any other storage company again, but Uncle Bobs thanks, thanks again to Mr. Ray for making this a good day for me and my family, i will never forget it.

I needed unit for emergency and the associate Jodi gave me all of the options and gave me time to think; she did not rush my decision at all and was very helpful. She has awesome customer service skills and is great at multitasking. I still have a unit currently and will always look for Uncle Bob from here on out. Associates like Jodi are what make businesses succeed!!

This is my second time at Uncle Bob's storage and they were still surprised me with how well they take care of their customers. It never mattered how many times I was late they always greeted me with a smile. I will ALWAYS use uncle Bob's and if I can help it so will all my friends and family.

I have only been late once in the last year (and that was because I lost track of the date) but the fee for that 1 day was egregious. The manager could not help me without contacting a superior even after looking at my payment record. Other than that no issue.
