I was unsure if the space I had would be large enough when we were moving in on a holiday so the associate, Dave, by phone provided me with overflow space next to the one I was renting. He understood perfectly what I needed and how to solve my problem.

Because I am so impressed with the great attitude of your staff I will always use your services. Your prices are great, too. I am the type of perso who will pay a little more for good service but find your prices are much better than other storage facilities. Everything is clean and I feel very safe in your building.

I stopped by the office at lunch hour, not realizing it would be closed for lunch. The gentleman on duty, saw me, came out of the office even though it was closed, and helped me! That's excellent customer service!

shawn (manager) & dave, reserved my storage units for a longer period of time than i expected (that saved me money). and i appreciate that very much. both employees were very helpful such as by showing me how to properly lock my unit (since some people do not lock there unit properly). both employees were very friendly.

I love the overall experience of being an Uncle Bob client. The only way I would recommend to make the experience better would be to change the exit code requirement for leaving the compound. The requirement to resubmit the full code on leaving is a slight burden after a full day working in a storage locker. It would also seem to be a safety hazard for anyone needing to exit the compound in an expditious manner.
